Added node-sdk-unit-tests target to test node-sdk
unit-tests in travis. Also, added change to get the
docker port and cloning fabric-baseimage repo
to run the setup.sh file.

These changes will not effect out build process as we
have disabled Travis integration with fabric repo but others
can tests their changes.
