- rename package org.hyperledger.protos to
  * org.hyperledger.fabric.protos.peer
  * org.hyperledger.fabric.protos.common
  * org.hyperledger.fabric.protos.msp
  * org.hyperledger.fabric.protos.orderer

- Specified java_outer_classname for protos where
  the proto file name conflicts with a message name.

- regenerated the protobuf/grpc code for python and go

- renamed some proto files to snake_case.
