This script pulls the fabric build artifacts and it
can be used to publish docker images on release day. This
script supports x and z platform images and binaries. User
can call different function names from the script to pull
required build artifacts from nexus3.

ex: STABLE_VERSION=1.2.1-stable RELEASE_VERSION=1.2.1 ./scripts/pull_build_artifacts.sh --pull_All
