[FAB-12702] Check trailing spaces on local build

CI process checks existence of trailing spaces.
If trailing spaces exist in modified ASCII-text file, VerifyBuild fails.
On the other hand, local build does not check it.

This patch adds checking for trailing spaces existence in local build time.
